EudaLife Launch Party Promotional Giveaway
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Eligibility
The EudaLife Launch Party Promotional Giveaway (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of LifeMaxxing Media LLC ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the "Promotion Entities"), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Entry Period
The Promotion begins on February 20, 2025 at 12:01 AM Central Time ("CT") and ends on March 21, 2025 at 8:31 PM CT (the "Promotion Period").
How to Enter
There are two (2) methods of entry:
Method 1: Ticket Purchase
Automatically receive one (1) entry by purchasing a ticket to the EudaLife Launch Party during the Promotion Period.
Method 2: Mail-In Entry (Alternative Method of Entry or "AMOE")
To enter without purchase, hand-print on a 3x5 card:
- Your full name
- Complete mailing address
- Phone number
- Email address
Mail your entry in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope to: LifeMaxxing Media LLC Attn: EudaLife Launch Party Giveaway 5900 Balcones Dr, #22217 Austin, TX 78731, USA
All mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 14, 2025 and received by March 20, 2025. Limit one (1) entry per outer mailing envelope.
Optional demographic information may be included but is not required and will not affect chances of winning.
Entry Limits
Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

One (1) 7-day punch card from Lift ATX, ARV: $77
One (1) 10-day punch card from Lift ATX, ARV: $110
One (1) Hat and $20 Gift Card from Native Blends, Total ARV: $50

One (1) $75 Gift Card from Free Spirit Outlet Store, ARV: $75
One (1) Light Therapy Mask from Beam Wellness, ARV: $329
One (1) 60-min Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Lymphatic Drainage Patch, Steam Mask, and Detox Tea from The Tox, Total ARV: $321
Additional prizes from local businesses may be announced. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: minimum of $1,103 up to an amount to be determined based on additional prizes.
Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing held at 8:31 PM CT on March 21, 2025 at 1221 E 6th St, Austin, TX 78702. Winners need not be present to win. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winners via email and/or phone within three (3) business days of the drawing.
Each potential winner must respond to such notification within fourteen (14) days. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, or fails to comply with any other term of these Official Rules, that potential winner forfeits the prize and an alternate winner will be selected from remaining eligible entries.
Odds
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Winner Requirements
Except where prohibited, potential winners must complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within fourteen (14) days of notification. If a potential winner fails to sign and return these documents within the required time period, an alternate potential winner may be selected in their place.
Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and Promotion Entities from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion, including but not limited to: a) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion; b) technical errors; c) printing errors; d) late or undelivered mail; and e) errors in the administration of the Promotion.
Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion if any factor beyond its reasonable control compromises the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.
Disputes
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any legal proceedings arising out of this Promotion or relating to these Official Rules shall be instituted only in the federal or state courts located in Travis County, Texas.
